Ten years ago, Egypt Business Directory published the first "Egypt‘s Top 100 companies" report. Today, we are pleased to present the first edition of the new "Egypt‘s Top 500 companies". For many years now, we have been able to gain in-depth experience as the publisher of an overview of the 5000 most important companies of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. So why not apply this expertise to an emerging economy like Egypt?
25800 companies have registered on the egypt-business.com website since its launch in the last ten years. All these companies were included in the present study.
The selection of the most important companies is based on the analysis of publicly available sources. The basis for inclusion in this list was, in addition to a headquarter in Egypt, a professional business website, and a profile on the business platform LinkedIn.
