The Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) ranked Egypt among the top 18 countries for service center locations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region EMEA.
The report praised Egypt among European countries for its highly educated workers and the competitive costs for operating service centers.
Egypt is considered top location for business and IT services, a sector in which the government invests generously in talent, infrastructure and encouraging investments.
