Telecom Egypt signs deal with Ministry of Social Solidarity

Telecom Egypt inked a cooperation protocol with Ministry of Social Solidarity to build an online platform for the ministry to market the products of the “productive families” project carried out by the ministry to help struggling families learn crafts to generate income.
The agreement included also different ways of supporting the ministries’ activities like training 1,000 people with disabilities for the labor market, training 1,000 employees to increase efficiency
The agreement serves as apart of Telecom Egypt social responsibility program and serves the social development strategy of the social solidarity ministry.
Minister of Communication and Information Amr Talaat was present during the signing as TE is primarily owned by the ministry.
Minister Ghad Wali of Social Solidarity also supervised the signing.
