Egypt Today: Business Today to honor Egypt's influential companies February

The awarded entities are selected based on their overall performance in the past year and alignment with the goals outlined in Egypt 2030 Vision.

For the second year in a row, Business Today Magazine will organize its annual ceremony on February 25 under the auspices of the prime minister, to honor the top 50 influential figures and 50 innovative companies positively impacting the Egyptian economy in 2018.

Amr Nassar, Egypt's minister of trade and industry, is set to attend the ceremony on behalf of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly. The ceremony comes as Business Today, an Egyptian magazine published in English, celebrates its 25th anniversary. Business Today is part of the renowned Egyptian Media Company.

The awarded entities are selected based on their overall performance in the past year, impact on the economic progress, stock exchange performance, creativity with practical solutions, sustainable public-private partnerships and alignment with the goals outlined in Egypt 2030 Vision.

In February 2018, the bt 100 ceremony awarded Sahar Hashem from Shell Egypt for her role in increasing the company’s remarkable market share growth in the automotive sector.

The awarded companies included OPPO Electronics Corporation, Jumia Egypt and Nestle Egypt for their remarkable market share growth in 2017.
